KOBLA ships from Belgium and offers free insured shipping to all destinations within Europe.

As soon as you have submitted your order on our webshop, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

When we have processed your order, you will receive another email with the track and trace information from your package, so you can easily check the status of it.

The shipping time within Benelux is 1 to 2 business days. The shipping time to other destinations within Europe will take 2 to 4 business days depending on the country of destination.

In the unfortunate event that something would go wrong with the order, the order tracking or the shipment itself, please don’t hesitate to contact us via support@koblawatches.com. We do our very best to help you out within 24 hours.

 

RETURN POLICY

First of all, we genuinely hope our products will meet your expectations and you will not have to return them. However, in case you do want to return your order, we offer a 30 day free return period on all our products within Europe.

Simply contact us at support@koblawatches.com with the reason for the return and we will send you a return form and a prepaid shipping return label for your free return within 24 hours.

You can choose either a full refund or an exchange for another product. In case a refund is chosen, KOBLA will pay the outstanding amount within 14 days after receiving the returned package.

Please note: in all cases returned products need to be in new condition, unworn and in the original packaging.
