Shipment & Return Policy

SHIPMENT

KOBLA offers free shipping within Benelux and will charge a small amount for the shipping costs to all other destinations within Europe.

As soon as you have submitted your order on our webshop, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your order. In this email you will find your order number and the shipping address.

When we have processed your order and the package is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with the information to track your package. This email contains a direct link to the ‘track & trace’ page of the carrier we use. On this page you can easily check the status of your order.

The shipping time in Benelux is 1 to 2 business days; if longer the customer will be alerted immediately. The shipping time to other destinations within Europe will depend on the country of destination, but on average it will take 2 to 4 business days.

In the unfortunate event that something would go wrong with the order, the order tracking or the shipment itself, please don’t hesitate to contact us via support@koblawatches.com. As always, we will do our very best to help you out and to reply your email within 24 hours.

 

RETURN POLICY

First of all, we genuinely hope our products will meet your expectations and you will not have to return them. However, when the situation occurs that you do want to return your order, the products must be unused and in the same condition as you received the products. This also means in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact. The products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please make sure the return form is added to the package and is filled in completely (!) and properly. The return form can be found here.

Kindly note that the buyer will have to pay for the shipping expenses when returning the package to us. We advise you to choose a secured shipment method and to use a sealed box. We are sorry to say that KOBLA can not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping. Unstamped or not sufficiently stamped return packages can not be accepted by KOBLA employees.

We would like to emphasize that all correspondence with KOBLA concerning returns needs to happen via email. This way, it’s easier for you and for us to manage the process and to avoid any misunderstandings.
