WARRANTY POLICY

At KOBLA, it is our mission to satisfy our customers and we do everything within our reach to achieve this. Our timepieces are handmade, while we carefully select all of our materials and only use the very best production processes to ensure you get the timepiece you deserve.

Because of this, we are so confident about the quality of our watches that we offer you a 3 year warranty period. This is one year more than any other watch brand you will find on the market of watches below 500€. On our bracelets, we offer you a 1 year warranty.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects. Imperfections as a result of visible wear and/or use of the product, don’t fall under the warranty.

In the unfortunate event that you would need to exercise your warranty, please send an email to support@koblawatches.com to check whether the defect falls within the guarantee terms.

We do our very best to help you out within 24 hours. The return shipment after a warranty request or repair request is free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid and insured return label.

Please make sure you keep your manual with the warranty card on a safe place. We can’t process a warranty request without.
