In our quest to use the most durable yet sustainable materials, we envisioned to use recycled stainless steel and vegetable tanned leather. Our demand for sustainable sources made life harder, but after visiting numerous places we finally found a family owned watchmaking atelier based in Hong Kong who could turn our vision into reality.
Using premium materials with minimum footprint, every single component is checked and assembled by hand in limited batches. You will notice the difference.
Repairs, watch maintenance and battery replacement is taken care of in our local atelier in Antwerp. No waiting times, superior service.
THE MAKING-OF PROCESS
1. Checking Leather
Before producing our vegetable tanned leather straps, the leather is examined on look and feel.
2. Preparing for Assembly
Watch components undergo a final check and are prepared for assembling.
3. Assembling Watch Components
With utmost precision and care, our craftsmen put together our watches.
4. Operational Watch Check
After assembling, operational checks are performed to assure flawless quality.
5. Final Inspection
Before final approval, every detail is checked with a magnifying glass. Only perfection counts.
